Can I have specialty made pretzels for my wedding or corporate event? Yes. Please contact us at monpretgourmet@yahoo.com  regarding  your request and a Customer Service Representative will respond to your email.

Shipping

When do you ship products?  Within 2-4 weeks of your credit card authorizaton of order.  We normally ship Monday through Friday but due to temperatures varying across the country we may choose to not ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries. If you need Saturday or Sunday delivery please contact us at monpretgourmet@yahoo.com  so that we can discuss options.  We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes. Offer standard and expedite shipping.

Order totaling $25 or less-------------------------------$9.00

Orders totaling $25.01 to $50--------------------------$12.00

Orders totaling $50.01 to $100------------------------$17.00

Orders totaling $100.01 and up-----------------------$25.00

Within 25 miles of Binghamton, NY------------------FREE

Florida and Arizona orders will be sent overnight ($30) due to extreme temperatures.

 

 


 Returns

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. Please email monpretgourmet@yahoo.com for more information on our policies.
